A seismic mass applies force to a piezoelectric element as the sensor body accelerates. The generated charge is proportional to force and therefore to acceleration within the calibrated operating range.传感器壳体运动时,惯性质量对压电元件施加作用力;在标定工作范围内,产生的电荷与力成正比,从而与加速度成正比。

Charge-output sensors place the piezoelectric element directly at the measurement front end. They suit high temperature, long cable specialization and charge-amplifier systems. IEPE sensors integrate a low-impedance converter and use constant-current excitation, simplifying field wiring and improving immunity to cable noise.电荷输出传感器将压电元件直接接入测量前端,适用于高温、专用长电缆和电荷放大器系统;IEPE 传感器内置信号转换,以恒流方式供电,现场接线更简单,并降低电缆运动噪声的影响。

DS2 Low-Frequency IEPEDS2 低频 IEPE 系列

DS2 uses a shear-mode piezoelectric structure to resolve small, low-frequency vibration with high sensitivity. Low base-strain sensitivity, reduced thermal-transient response and a signal ground isolated from the mounting surface help limit interference from mounting strain, rapid temperature changes and electrically noisy sites. Typical work includes bridge and building response, foundation and site vibration, seismic testing and environmental vibration. Complete these six decisions in order. Do not select a model from range alone: frequency band, signal level, signal chain and installation can change the usable result.按以下顺序完成六个决策。不要只按量程挑型号:频段、信号幅值、信号链和安装都会改变最终可用结果。

    Frequency band频段

    Provide the lowest signal of interest and the highest analysis frequency. DS2 starts at 0.2 Hz; choose the 100 mV/g version when the required upper band exceeds 1,500 Hz.提供最低关注频率与最高分析频率。DS2 从 0.2 Hz 起;当所需上限超过 1500 Hz 时,选 100 mV/g 版。

    Estimate normal RMS and credible impact peak. Keep overload headroom, then choose the higher sensitivity only if its range and frequency response still contain the event.估算正常 RMS 与可信冲击峰值,先保留过载余量;只有在量程和频响仍覆盖事件时,才选更高灵敏度。

    Use single-axis sensing when the dominant direction is known. Use triaxial sensing when vector direction, spatial response or mode-shape comparison matters.主响应方向明确时选单轴;关心矢量方向、空间响应或振型对比时选三轴。

    Output and DAQ输出与数采

    IEPE requires compatible constant-current input and bias range. Charge output requires a charge amplifier; confirm gain, cable and acquisition input together.IEPE 需要匹配的恒流输入与偏置范围;电荷输出需要电荷放大器,增益、电缆与数采输入必须一起确认。
